Consent Management Enhancements
Effective October 23, 2025 – For New Hires
- During onboarding, new employees will be prompted to opt in for paperless delivery of their year-end tax forms.
- This update makes it simple for employees to choose how they receive their forms on day one of their employment.
Effective October 23, 2025 – For Current Employees
- Employees hired before January 1, 2025, who already consented to paperless delivery can now view their consent status directly in CoAdQuantum. No action is needed.
- Employees hired after January 1, 2025, or those who haven’t yet provided consent, will see new consent tasks on their Employee Dashboard starting December 1, 2025. They will be prompted to complete these tasks once available. Stay tuned for additional details.
Coming Soon – January 2026
Employees and clients will be able to view and download W-2s and ACA statements directly within CoAdQuantum, available on both desktop and mobile devices.
Employees will continue to have the option to receive paperless W-2s. The process for accessing forms and managing consent preferences has been improved for greater convenience, with everything now available to view or update directly within CoAdQuantum.
